Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Custom Popcorn & Sweets orders are specifically designed for you, there are no refunds.

Q. What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

A.  Follow the prompts to PayPal checkout, DO NOT log in. Scroll down to pay with debit or credit.

Q. Where are you located?

A.  We are an E-commerce business located in Lithia Springs, Georgia. We DO NOT have a retail storefront; we offer local delivery and pick-up in Lithia Springs, GA., for paid customers.

Q. How much notice is required for events?

A.  Please book no later than 10 business days before your party, wedding, or any other significant event over $100. Keep in mind this does not guarantee your date will be available, so please book early and pay your deposit to secure your date.

Small orders under $100,  must be placed no later than 4 business days before your planned event. If an order is needed in less than 4 business days, a $25 rush fee will be added to your order. 

Q. Will the infused treats cause me to be intoxicated?

A.  The alcohol infusion is merely a flavor enhancer. It is not designed to cause intoxication.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A.  In accordance with the Georgia Cottage Food License holder rules, at this time selling wholesale is not permissible.

Q. Can I pick up my order same day?

A.  CurrentlY, we DO NOT  offer same-day order pickup options. (unless otherwise noted or expressed)

Q. Do you provide custom-colored treats?

A.  Yes, if you have a theme for your event,  go to custom-colored favors under the store tab.

Q. Can I split my order?

A. No. Order quantities are listed for each product.  i.e. If the product comes in a minimum of 1 dozen, that will be 1 dozen of a single flavor and/or color. 

Q. Can I purchase a single apple?

A. Our Candy apples can be purchased in (6) or (12) counts. Single apples can be purchased when we have pop-ups throughout the city (while supplies last).  Single apples are only available in the  Gourmet apple line, not the Candy apples.

Q. You show as 24 hours, why are you not responding?

A. Our store is listed as 24 hours because it is an online shop. Therefore, the internet is available at your disposal 24 hours, 7 days a week unless there is site maintenance.  
We respond to emails and messages M-F 9 am-6 pm.
It is a courtesy if you receive a response over the weekend or holiday.
